Registrants who attend the 2025 Cathay Asset Management Summit (hereinafter referred to as the "Summit") hosted by Cathay Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cathay Financial Holdings" or the "Organizer") will be eligible to participate in a series of giveaways and have the chance to claim rewards provided by Cathay Financial Holdings. Here's how the giveaway works:

Thank you for your participation in Cathay Asset Management Summit (hereinafter referred to as the Event). In order to protect your interests, the organizer, Cathay Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cathay FHC), is bound by the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations to inform you of the following. By checking the Agree box to submit data, you (the participant) would be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms listed herein.

• Campaign One: Giveaway #1: For Sign-Up Rewards

  How to participate: Registrants who complete online sign-up for this summit between September 1st and October 13th 2025 will receive a summary of all sessions and conferences right after the summit via SMS or email afterward, and will be entered into a giveaway for a "Sign-Up Rewards." The prizes are as follows:

  1. Prize 1: Apple 2025 iPad A16 11-inch 128G Wi-Fi Edition (MSRP NT$11,900)
  2. Prize 2: JBL Flip 7 Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker (MSRP NT$ $4,980)
  3. Prize 3: NT$1,000 PX Gift Vouchers for 5 winners (each receiving two Vouchers of NT$500)

• Campaign Two: Giveaway #2: For Live Stream Rewards

  How to participate: Participants must fully attend the whole streaming of the summit and complete the event questionnaire as per instructions on the same day (October 15th 2025) to be eligible for the "Live Stream Rewards" Giveaway. The prizes are as follows:

  1. Prize 1: SONY WH-1000XM5 True Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (MSRP NT$11,900)
  2. Prize 2: Electrolux UltimateHome 300 Air Purifier (MSRP NT$ $10,900)
  3. Prize 3: NT$1,000 PX Gift Vouchers for 5 winners (each receiving two Vouchers of NT$500)

Announcement of Winners:

• Cathay Financial Holdings reserves the right to modify or terminate the "Sign-Up Rewards" and "Live Stream Rewards" Giveaways at any time. Changes and amendments announced on the day of the summit are final. Winners of the giveaway will be announced over the event website before October 24 2025, and will also be notified by email before October 31. All winners need to reply with their full names, mailing address, and telephone numbers using the designated form before November 7th 2025. Please note that winners unable to provide information in an accurate and timely manner will lose their eligibility for any prize. Cathay Financial Holdings reserves the right to make final interpretation and amendments to the rules and clauses of the giveaway.
• According to the tax laws of the Republic of China, prizes valued at NT$1,000 or more must be included in the individual's comprehensive income declaration in the tax return. Prizes valued at NT$20,010 or more must have taxes withheld in advance before the prize can be claimed. Winners must pay 10% of the prize income tax (any amount less than NT$1 will be rounded down) before the specified date according to the winning notification. The organizer or a cooperating vendor will collect and pay the tax for the prize on their behalf. If the winner is unwilling to pay the tax on the prize, it will be deemed that he or she has automatically waived the prize and will no longer be eligible to claim the prize. The organizer or its partners will contact and assist with the tax processing of the relevant prizes of this summit. Winners are requested to contact the organizer for confirmation in advance to prevent any fraud.
• The organizer does not manufacture any prize, nor provide any service related to the prize or reward, nor have any agency or partnership with the prize manufacturers/service providers. Prizes and rewards for participating in the Summit shall be used in accordance with the instructions and rules specified by the reward-issuing party (company) or providing manufacturers. And requests by the winners for any alternative/replacement/compensation to the original prizes or rewards will not be accepted. If the prize has an expiration date, please use it before the deadline. Failure to do so will be deemed as automatic forfeiture of the prize and no requests for replacement, reissue, extension, compensation or other remedies will be accepted. All prizes lost, damaged or altered will not be replaced. If the winner is under 18 years of age, in addition to attaching a copy of the front and back of the winner's ID card, they must also attach a copy of the front and back of the ID card of their legal representative/guardian to assist in completing the prize collection and related procedures. Failure to do so will be deemed as forfeiting the right to the prize. If the winner is under the age of 7, the prize collection and all related procedures should be handled by a legal representative.
The governing law of the above terms shall be the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and any related disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the first instance.

(hereinafter referred to as Cathay FHC), is bound by the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations to inform you of the following. By ticking the "Agree" box and submitting the information (including legal representatives, guardians, and assistants), minors/persons under guardianship or assistance (hereinafter referred to as "persons under guardianship or assistance") indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the matters listed.

• I understand and agree that, for purposes such as organizing, promoting or advertising the Event, preparing messages, notifications and event news, handling prizes and processing rewards, evaluating event effectiveness, executing research/statistical analysis/result disclosure, fulfilling statutory and contractual obligations, seeking resolution of litigations, non-litigation, hearings, arbitrations or other disputes, and any other purposes permitted by laws (collectively referred to as Purposes of Collection below), the organizer may collect, process, transfer overseas, and make use of my name, age, mobile phone number, email, occupation, and other personal information that I have provided, or that have been recorded in Event-related documents, or that are legally accessible to the organizer, for the duration of the Purposes of Collection, or for the period of time required by laws, or for the retention period needed to implement necessary commercial activities, or for the period of time needed to ensure my rights and benefits (such as references to future Event participants), whichever expires last. And I acknowledge that such data may also be provided to Cathay FHC, Event partners including Toucher Services Co Ltd, data processing service providers, or regulatory authorities and financial supervisory authorities, and may be processed using automated devices or other non-automated means at domestic or foreign offices of the aforementioned entities.
• I understand that I am entitled under the Personal Data Protection Act to exercise the following rights over my personal information held by the organizer via various client service interfaces including telephone and e-mail, such as service@cathayholdings.com.tw (1) The right to inquire, review, or obtain duplicate copies of my personal information,for which the organizer may charge a fee to cover its costs; (2) The right to supplement or amend existed personal information, provided that appropriate reasons and facts are stated according to laws; (3) The right to terminate and prevent further collecting, processing, or using personal information; However, if the request to terminate is issued due to a dispute over the accuracy of personal information, the organizer may continue to process or make use of such information to the extent needed to carry out its duties or by obtaining written consent from the data subject while specifying areas of dispute; (4) The right to request for deleting, stop processing or further using my personal information once the Purposes of Collection no longer exist or have expired; however, this excludes processing/use of personal information that is necessary for the organizer to carry out its duties or specific conditions that I have otherwise consented in writing.
• I acknowledge that I am free to choose whether to provide personal information in full, and that I will not be eligible to participate in the Event if I choose not to provide information, or choose to provide incomplete or inaccurate information, or request to have the organizer delete or cease further collection, processing, and use of my personal information.
• Any matter not covered in this agreement form shall be supplemented and interpreted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations and the principles of good faith.

Registration Notifications:

• The Event will be broadcast via Internet, and the organizer reserves the right to change the date of Event, terminate the Event, and terminate acceptance of registrations at any time.
• For those who have completed registration, the organizer will send out a SMS reminder seven days before the Event (October 8th 2025), followed by another SMS reminder and a live stream link via e-mail on the Event day (October 15th 2025). Please make sure to provide the correct contact information so you do not miss out.
