Thank you for your participation in Cathay Asset Management Summit (hereinafter referred to as Event). For the protection of your interests, the organizer, Cathay Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cathay FHC), is bound by the "Personal Data Protection Act" and relevant regulations to inform you of the following. By checking the Agree box to submit data, you (the participant) would be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms listed herein.
I understand and agree that the organizer may, for purposes such as organization, promotion or media exposure of the Event, preparation of promotional messages, notices and event news, prize draw, prize delivery, evaluation of event outcome, execution of research/statistical analysis/progress reveal, fulfillment of statutory and contractual obligations, resolution of litigation, non-litigation, arbitration or other disputes, and any other purposes permitted by laws (collectively referred to as Collection Purposes below), collect, process, transmit cross-border, and make use of my name, age, mobile phone number, email, occupation, and other personal data that I provide using Event-related documents or are legally accessible to the organizer, for the duration of the Collection Purposes, or for the period of time required by laws, or for the retention period needed to execute business activities, or for period of time needed to secure my interests (such as to allow inquiries by Event participants in the future) (whichever expires last). I also understand and agree that the data may be provided to Cathay FHC, Event partners, data processing institutions, or the legal authorities and financial supervisory authorities, and may be processed using automated machines or other non-automated means at the domestic or foreign offices of the aforementioned entities.
I understand that I am entitled under the Personal Data Protection Act to exercise the following rights over my personal data held by the organizer (1) The right to inquire, review, or obtain duplicate copies of my personal data, for which the organizer may charge a fee to cover its costs; (2) The right to supplement or amend personal data, provided that appropriate reasoning and facts are stated according to laws; (3) The right to stop further collection, processing, or use of data; however, if the request to stop is issued due to a dispute over the correctness of data, the organizer may continue to process or make use of data to the extent needed to carry out its duties or by obtaining written consent from the data owner while highlighting the areas of dispute; (4) The right to request for deletion and to stop further processing or use of my personal data when the Collection Purposes no longer exist or have expired; however, this excludes processing/use of personal data that is necessary for the organizer to carry out its duties or situations where I have otherwise consented in writing.
I acknowledge that I am free to choose whether to provide personal information in full, and that I will not be eligible to participate in the Event if I choose not to provide information, or choose to provide incomplete or inaccurate information, or request to have the organizer delete or cease further collection, processing, and use of my personal data.

♦ The Event will be broadcast online, and the organizer reserves the right to change the date of Event, terminate the Event, and stop acceptance of registrations.

For those who have completed registration, the organizer will send out a SMS "Reminder" four days before the Event (July 8), followed by another SMS "Reminder" and a "Livestream Link" via e-mail one day before the Event (July 11). Please make sure to provide the correct contact information so you do not miss out.
